When will my order ship?
Every GetWildWear garment is made to order.
Most print-on-demand items ship within 4–5 business days. During peak seasons, production may take a little longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please note that tracking may take several hours to update after the first scan by the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us — we’ll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
International packages are sent via the postal service and may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on your country.
GetWildWear isn’t responsible for these charges or for customs-related delays.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email support@getwildwear.com and we can usually add it for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, changes or cancellations can usually only be made within the first few hours.
If you notice an error, contact support@getwildwear.com right away and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Each GetWildWear product is custom printed just for you, so we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly.
Please email support@getwildwear.com within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll quickly resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Please double-check sizing before ordering, as we’re unable to exchange garments for different sizes once production begins.
Where’s my refund?
Once your return or replacement request is approved, we’ll notify you by email.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, though it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the funds.
How are GetWildWear shirts made?
Each shirt is printed individually using eco-friendly, water-based inks.
This on-demand production model eliminates overstock and reduces waste, ensuring your garment is freshly made just for you.
Do colors look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to show colors accurately, but variations can occur due to monitor settings and fabric texture.

How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart.
For the best fit, compare the measurements to one of your favorite shirts at home.
How should I wash my GetWildWear shirt?
Turn your garment inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low (or hang dry) to preserve both print quality and fabric softness.
Avoid bleach and don’t iron directly on the printed design.
Are your shirts eco-friendly?
Yes! We partner with ethical print facilities that use sustainable cotton blends, water-based inks, and energy-efficient production methods to keep our environmental footprint small.
Where are your products printed?
Depending on your shipping location, your order may be printed at one of our fulfillment centers in the U.S., Canada, or Europe to minimize transit time and emissions.
What carrier do you use?
We primarily ship with USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the destination.
International packages may be handed off to your local postal carrier for final delivery.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Express options are available at checkout where supported.
Delivery times will depend on your location and selected service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Shopify’s secure checkout.
Is my information secure?
Absolutely. GetWildWear uses SSL encryption and secure payment processing. We never store your payment details.
Can I send a GetWildWear shirt as a gift?
Yes! You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. Add a note in the “Order Comments” section if you’d like to include a gift message. Prices will not appear on the packing slip.
Can I suggest a new animal or design idea?
We love hearing your ideas! Email ideas@getwildwear.com with your suggestions — we review every submission.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Since our garments are printed on demand, wholesale is limited.
However, we do offer bulk discounts for group orders or events.

Do you take custom design requests?
We love collaborating on wildlife and nature-inspired designs.
